Its been a while
I realise I have been really quiet of late since Ironman Staffordshire i've really taken time off to recover and we have also had a busy few weeks. We've had Barry and Bev's 40th wedding anniversary which required a fair bit of work to get the garden into shape for their surprise party which was a massive success. Anne-Marie again provided the cake which was delicious. Following this July has been taken up most evenings catching up on the Tour De France and it's been such a good race. Predictable in the way Team Sky had complete control but also I loved how unpredictable Froome was in his attacks. Made a really nice change to watch. Plus Mark Cavendish got to wear the Yellow jersey finally.
